If you can't swim perfect slow, you won't swim perfect fast.

Speed is built on technique. Our fundamentals work focuses on the details that separate good swimmers from great ones: body position, catch, rotation, kick, streamlines, starts, and turns. Through targeted drills and deliberate, controlled swimming, athletes learn to feel the water and understand what efficient movement feels like. Once a stroke is right at slow speeds, we build it up to race pace. Great technique holds together under fatigue and pressure. That's where races are won.

From slow and right to fast and right.
